WTF: Are McCain & Palin inticing violence toward Obama at their recent events?

CNN contributor David Gergen said that the negative tone of these rallies are "incendiary" and could lead to violence.

"Terrorist!” one man screamed Monday at a New Mexico rally after McCain voiced the campaign’s new rhetorical staple aimed at raising doubts about the Illinois senator: “Who is the real Barack Obama?” 

Earlier today, Obama remarked on recent outbursts of "Traitor!" "Terrorist!" and "Kill him!" at McCain campaign events.
