McCain, Obama trade jabs on the economy during 2nd debate
Squaring off in the second of three debates, John McCain stressed his record of fighting earmarks and reaching across the aisle. Barack Obama blamed President Bush and McCain for contributing to the U.S. financial crisis, saying they worked to "strip away regulation."
